Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with infants and toddlers, with the skills to create a nurturing, educational environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster the development of infants.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor and document children's progress and share observations with parents and the center's leadership team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency and continuity in the children's education and care.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development and well-being.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations, policies, and safety standards.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Infant Teacher
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
- Familiarity with child development curriculum
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable
- Minimum 3 Years Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
