Position Overview

We are seeking a
Regional Safety Manager
to oversee safety programs and initiatives across multiple locations in South Florida. This role is critical in driving a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry standards, and supporting our field teams with proactive training and job site inspections.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve regional safety programs tailored to roofing and construction operations.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses to ensure compliance and safe practices.
  • Deliver engaging safety trainings, orientations, and toolbox talks for crews and supervisors.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
  • Partner with HR, operations, and site leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
  • Manage injury/claim processes, including working with medical providers, insurance carriers, and return-to-work programs.
  • Represent the company with regulatory agencies and industry safety associations.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of roofing or construction safety experience (field roofing strongly preferred)

OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)

Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish highly desired

Experience with site inspections, safety training, and incident investigations

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel regionally

Self-starter with excellent organization and leadership skills
