Job Title: Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with a team of creative professionals and cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality print-ready artwork. This role requires strong attention to detail and expertise in single-pass and multi-pass digital printing, as well as screen print design. The primary responsibility is preparing customer artwork for production, with occasional involvement in special design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and optimize customer artwork for various print processes, including digital and screen printing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure design accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Execute special design projects as assigned, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of design software and print production workflows.
  • Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications for single-pass and multi-pass digital printing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design or file issues prior to production.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of digital and screen print production processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience in print design or related field preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wauwatosa, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $29.00/hr.
