Overview

We at Dealer Car Care are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of vehicles are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cleanliness, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using specialized equipment and techniques

- Conduct thorough vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of interior surfaces

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

- Drive to and from locations as needed

Requirements:

- Clean, wax, polish, refurbish interior of new and used vehicles.

-Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service

- Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements

- Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment

- Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion

-Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members

-Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization

-Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Positive attitude and can-do mentality

- Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
