Factory Location: Kansas City, KS
Compensation: $20.50 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday - Friday
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for the efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned.
•Responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment. Equipment may include production line equipment, forklifts or other power equipment.
•Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently following the Company Safety Policy, including the lock out/tag out process.
•Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product and loading conveyors.
•Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards.
•Provide general plant, production line and facility clean up (5S).
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
•Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•Production experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
•Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency.
•Work efficiently self-directed or in a team environment.
•Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
•Forklift experience.
•Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
•Ability to inspect materials visually and by sense of smell.
•PPE Required (safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, ear plugs).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity. The noise level may be loud at times.
