This is not a short-term job — it's a structured career opportunity for those who want to learn how to manage client projects, lead teams, and oversee both front-end and back-end operations within a fast-growing company.

Position Overview

The Manager in Training role is part of Link Management's 8-Month Cross-Training Program, designed to prepare individuals to run client projects and teams independently. You'll receive hands-on coaching from senior leaders while learning every part of project management, operations, and client relations.

Our upcoming client campaign focuses on lead generation and brand exposure, not hard sales — perfect for those who excel at communication, coordination, and problem-solving.

What You'll Learn

  • How to plan, manage, and scale client campaigns from concept to execution
  • Recruiting, on-boarding, and developing new hires through structured training systems
  • Local branding, event setup, and marketing exposure for community-based projects
  • Team management and leadership development – coaching, scheduling, accountability
  • Back-end operations, including HR coordination, payroll review, P&L tracking, and reporting
  • Client communication and performance reporting for ongoing project success

  • Highly adaptable with strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable in a team-centric, fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities
  • Open to learning every level of business management – we train based on potential and soft skills
  • Prior experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or management is helpful but not required

Compensation & Advancement

  • Base Pay + Weekly and Monthly Bonuses
  • Starting compensation: $800–$1,500 per week, depending on performance and responsibilities
  • Compensation levels increase rapidly with progression and client management duties
  • Campaign Managers within Link Management consistently earn six-figure incomes based on current budgets and project performance
  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed
