Technical Support Engineer II

, is ideal for a systems-level professional with strong expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, and enterprise infrastructure. The engineer will play a key role in supporting both internal teams and external clients through advanced troubleshooting, systems administration, and ensuring secure, scalable environments.

Responsibilities
for the Technical Support Engineer II
:

  • Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including forests, domain structures, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and replication troubleshooting.
  • Oversee Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of DNS, DHCP, and system resources.
  • Support and secure hybrid cloud environments such as Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving permissions, authentication, and system connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate technical issues, enhance infrastructure reliability, and document solutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
for the Technical Support Engineer II
:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, including ACLs, LDAP protocols, and permission inheritance.
  • Proficient in Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) and diagnostic tools such as gpresult, , and Event Viewer.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including query troubleshooting and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Exposure to enterprise storage systems such as NetApp, EMC, or Isilon.

Compensation for the Technical Support Engineer II:

  • Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000/year
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K
