We are a growing, client-focused insurance agency based in West Palm Beach, dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to drive new business, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our agency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales drive who thrives in a performance-based role. Insurance experience is a plus but not required – we provide training and support.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and promoting our insurance products and services. You'll work closely with agency leadership to identify opportunities, develop outreach strategies, and turn prospects into long-term policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and local marketing
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand insurance needs and present tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with agents and account managers to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products (training and licensing assistance provided if needed)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, but not required
