About the Role

Bizzy Pools is creating Florida's most modern, customer-focused pool division — offering new pool builds, remodels, and complete outdoor-living solutions under the trusted Bizzy brand.

We're seeking a Sales Manager who can do more than sell — someone ready to build a division. You'll lead the charge in developing systems, pricing, and vendor relationships, while personally handling design consultations, estimates, and project oversight.

This is an entrepreneurial leadership position with the freedom to shape the strategy, recruit talent as we grow, and earn significant upside through commissions and profit-share participation.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-home design and sales appointments, create proposals, and close customers.

  • Develop pricing structures, design templates, and sales processes for new pools and remodels.

  • Oversee projects from dig to swim — coordinating subcontractors, scheduling inspections, and ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with ownership on marketing, branding, and expansion strategy.

  • Manage material ordering, permitting coordination, and client communication throughout each project.

  • Maintain CRM organization, progress tracking, and post-job follow-up.

Compensation

  • Personal Sales Commission: 6–8% of project value (average $40K–$80K).
  • Profit Share: Negotiable based on division performance and growth milestones.
  • Bonuses: Quarterly leadership bonuses for sales and profitability goals.

Earning Potential:

  • Year 1 realistic: $150K–$250K+

  • Year 2+ with team growth & profit share: $300K–$500K+

Requirements

  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle.

  • Experience preparing estimates and construction drawings (or using pool design software).

  • Understanding of pool construction workflow (permits, dig, steel, plumbing, shotcrete, finish, startup).

  • Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate clearly with homeowners.
