Position Summary
Manager / Sr. Manager, US Distribution – Paramount
The Manager/Sr. Manager of US Distribution will play a pivotal role in supporting the team responsible for distributing
Paramount's portfolio of media properties across a broad range of partners — including MVPDs, virtual MVPDs, and
OTT/streaming platforms. In addition to managing existing relationships, this role will help identify and evaluate new
business opportunities with emerging accounts, platforms, and within current partnerships to drive incremental revenue
growth.
Reporting to the SVP, US Distribution and working closely with the VP, US Distribution, the Manager/Sr. Manager will
provide deal support for the carriage of Paramount's linear networks and related digital content with MVPDs and
vMVPDs, as well as direct-to-consumer and FAST channel distribution across OTT/streaming platforms.
We are seeking a strategic, ambitious, and driven professional with strong business acumen, organizational skills, and
established industry relationships. With a team-first mentality, this individual will motivate colleagues, collaborate
effectively, and contribute to shaping strategy while confidently advocating for innovative approaches to advance the
business.
This role requires a deep understanding of the evolving media distribution landscape, paired with strong analytical and
strategic instincts. As the team's subject-matter expert on key accounts — including Amazon Prime Video, Comcast,
Charter, T-Mobile, and Apple Channels — the successful candidate will play a critical support role in unlocking new
monetization opportunities and ensuring revenue stability with established distributors.

to roll up their sleeves to deliver results and brings strong account management expertise with the ability to collaborate
cross-functionally to drive success in a rapidly evolving media ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership in high-profile negotiations, including deal preparation, analyses, presentations, and
contract review.
- Develop insights into partner priorities to identify opportunities for expanded distribution, product innovation,
and joint marketing.
- Account management for existing and new distribution partners, ensuring strong relationships and compliance
with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Legal, Marketing, Ad Sales, and Finance to drive business outcomes.
- Prepare contract summaries and ensure post-deal compliance.
- Lead or support ad-hoc projects aligned with departmental goals.
- Mentor and develop junior team members (e.g., Coordinators).
- Monitor industry trends and communicate insights on competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and partner
KPIs.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in content distribution, partnerships, or media strategy.
- Experience negotiating complex agreements with MVPDs, vMVPDs, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with broadcast, cable, satellite, and OTT distribution models. Skills and Behaviors

- Strategic and analytical thinker with proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), with emphasis on presentation skills.
- Ability to present strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $85, ,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
