The Senior Manager of Partnership Management & Operations will be responsible for managing key Government Affairs and Market Access Partners (MAPs) and overseeing tasks and projects as required by the VP of Strategic Partnerships. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to navigate and implement complex contractual agreements, drive operational excellence, and build and maintain strong relationships with our MAP partners, potential new partners and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across various departments, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Marketing, and Product. The ideal candidate is adaptable, open to unfamiliar assignments, and possesses strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Lead strategic partnership management for key Market Access and Government Affairs Partners, ensuring seamless integration and long-term success
  • Drive operational excellence in day-to-day partner communications with focus on relationship development, strategic alignment and established processes
  • Manage partnership performance reporting and support executive readouts for Business Reviews, QBRs, and senior leadership presentations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance and other teams to ensure accurate interpretation of complex contractual terms and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and optimize our Salesforce Partner Contacts platform to ensure timely and accurate tracking of partnerships and milestones
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects including developing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating with Government Affairs and Business Development teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, representing FanDuel as a trusted industry leader
  • Contribute to Center of Excellence development by creating scalable frameworks, training materials, and best practices for partnership management
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information received, or within scope of position
  • Additional strategic initiatives and leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Leadership Team.

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in partnership management, strategic operations, or account management roles within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in leadership capacity, managing stakeholders and/or junior team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, project management tools, and comfortability with data analysis platforms
  • Customer focused and highly approachable with the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with all levels of management and staff
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make effective decisions and change course of action quickly
  • Familiarity with technology-driven organizations and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into operational processes and manage multiple workstreams with precision and structure.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with a bias for action and improvement.

The applicable salary range for this position is $156,000 - $175,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
