About KiwiCo:KiwiCo is an innovative eCommerce company dedicated to sparking creativity and curiosity in kids (and kids at heart). Through both online and offline materials, we provide fun and engaging ways for kids to explore, create, and learn. Our primary offering is a subscription service where we deliver "whoa awesome," hands-on projects to kids. We also manage an e-commerce storefront and a content platform to inspire and educate. We take great pride and ownership in the products we build and in the community of parents and kids we serve.Our office is located in Mountain View, CA within walking distance to the Caltrain station. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with 3-4 office days per week (depending on your team) and the remainder of the week working remotely.About the Job: Our Educational Sales team brings KiwiCo's products to the educational market. Segments we focus on are after-school, summer, and enrichment programs that share our passion for hands-on learning. We're a small, dynamic, and collaborative group that loves building long-term partnerships in the education space. KiwiCo is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Account Manager to join a highly collaborative educational sales team focused on driving medium-to-large Educational account sales across the full range of the KiwiCo product portfolio. The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for maintaining a list of active customers and growing the customer base by establishing new customer accounts. Role and Responsibilities:Maintaining relationships with existing large accounts to drive retention and achieve long-term partnerships; act as the main point of contact in all matters relating your customers, including following up to ensure customer needs are met (40%)Advising and guiding potential customers to the right products and solutions based on their unique needs. Deliver accurate quotes and pricing within company guidelines and approvals. (30%)Targeting, prospecting, and closing new businesses, building and maintaining a sales pipeline to deliver on sales targets. (20%)Representing KiwiCo at Educational conferences, showcasing and demonstrating how KiwiCo STEM kits can be incorporated seamlessly into new or existing programs (
