We are growing and looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team and become a central hub for our most important projects.

The Opportunity: This is Not Your Typical Desk JobWe are seeking a Print & Sign Project Coordinator to manage our clients' projects from concept to completion. This is not a passive customer service role. You will be a hands-on coordinator responsible for seeing our larger, more complex sign projects through to the finish line.If you are a detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys a challenge, this role is for you. You will be responsible for everything from conducting on-site surveys and navigating the city/county permit process to coordinating with our production team and installers. While your primary focus will be on our growing sign business, you will also be a key resource for our print customers, providing estimates and support.Primary ResponsibilitiesSignage Project Coordination (Primary Focus):

  • Project Management: Act as the main point of contact for large-scale sign projects, managing them from the initial quote to final installation.
  • Site Surveys: Drive to customer locations to conduct on-site surveys, which includes taking accurate measurements, photographing site conditions, and assessing installation requirements.
  • Permit Procurement: Prepare, submit, and track sign permit applications with various local municipalities. This requires extreme attention to detail and persistent follow-up.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and deadlines between the client, our production team, and our YESCO installation crews to ensure projects stay on track.

Print & Customer Support (Secondary Focus):

  • Customer Consultation: Assist walk-in and call-in customers with their print projects, providing expert advice on materials, finishing, and pricing.
  • Estimating & Quoting: Prepare accurate and timely quotes for both print and sign jobs.
  • Order Processing: Convert quotes into detailed work orders for our production team, ensuring all job specifications are correct.

What We Are Looking For: The Ideal Candidate

  • Extremely Organized & Detail-Oriented: You must be able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and the complex details of permit applications without letting things fall through the cracks.
  • A Proactive "Doer": You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, find a solution, and take ownership of your projects.
  • Professional Communicator: You can write a professional email to a city official, clearly explain a project detail to an installer, and provide excellent service to a client—all in the same day.
  • Willing to Be Hands-On: You are comfortable leaving the office to go to a job site or a municipal building. This role is a mix of desk work and field work.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office, and can quickly learn our estimating and project management software.
