Qualifications for Print Assistant and Customer Service

  • Bilingual requirement: Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for effective customer communication
  • Printing experience: Handling printing, photocopying, and binding equipment.
  • Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service, answering questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in computer usage, experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, and knowledge of printing and editing programs like Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
  • Organization and time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication: Clear verbal and written communication to assist customers and handle requests.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Knowledge of printing materials: Familiarity with different types of paper, inks, and finishes.
  • Problem-solving: Skills to find quick and effective solutions to technical issues or special requests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish.
  • Operate printing equipment while ensuring quality control throughout the production process.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks, including layout design and color management.
  • Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare designs for printing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
