We are seeking a VP who will play a key role in growing and diversifying a growing industry vertical within our owned and operated home services portfolio. This senior leader will lead the day-to-day of one of our business units while also helping chart a multiyear strategic vision. This role has full P&L ownership and accountability with an emphasis on marketing and partnership operations.
This VP will oversee several different functional teams, including performance marketing SEO, CRM, finance, and partnerships. In addition, this  individual must be a strong collaborator with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role will be based in our South Charlotte headquarters four days per week and work fully remotely on Fridays. Some level of travel is required, typically around twice per quarter.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Co-develop and execute a multiyear strategy to grow and diversify the business
  • Own day-to-day performance of one of our business units
  • Own the P&L for your business unit
  • Serve as primary point of contact with many of our external partners, building strong relationships and negotiating on behalf of Red Ventures
  • Lead several different functional teams, managing talent for the entire org
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, operations, finance, consulting, or within a startup environment
  • Proven track record of driving business performance, with demonstrated success in leading teams, scaling operations, and delivering measurable results
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships and communicating complex topics to all levels
  • Previous experience with performance marketing preferred but not required
  • Experience owning a P&L or a portion of a P&L preferred but not required

Compensation
  • USA Compensation Range: $220,000 - $300,000 per year
