  • Pay: Base: $ Up to $18.00 per hour, with performance-based raises every 6 months.

Your Role as a Leader

Ready to step up and lead a great team? We're looking for a Shift Manager who enjoys being in the middle of the action, working right alongside the crew. As the go-to person on the floor, you'll orchestrate the shift, coach team members, and handle keyholder responsibilities like daily reports and cash management. You'll also ensure the restaurant is clean and that every guest has a great experience.

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of restaurant experience (supervision is a plus).
  • Clear communication skills and an interest in helping others grow.
  • Someone who is reliable and can arrive on time for every scheduled shift.
  • Able to handle the physical demands of a restaurant environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
