Ripenstein is one of the leading live sports card breaking brands on Whatnot and Fanatics Live,. We're fast-paced, organized, and growing — and we're looking for a hands-on team lead to manage our packaging and shipping operation.

Position Overview

We need a Packaging & Shipping Lead who can both manage the team and work alongside them daily. This person will oversee all outgoing shipments, maintain organization across inventory and supplies, and ensure every customer order is packed accurately and efficiently.

You'll coordinate directly with our breakers, streamers, and operations team to keep product flowing and orders moving — while also getting your hands dirty and setting the pace for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily packaging and shipping team
  • Train, motivate, and hold team members accountable for speed and accuracy
  • Package customer orders securely and verify contents before shipment
  • Manage workflow to meet strict daily shipping deadlines
  • Restock and organize inventory for live streams and warehouse operations
  • Communicate with streamers and management about order priorities and product levels
  • Track shipping supplies and reorder as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment environments
  • Leadership or team lead experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Fanatics Live, Whatnot, or eCommerce platforms a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs regularly

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (some weekend flexibility may be required)
  • Pay: $28 per hour
  • Performance bonuses and growth opportunities after 30 days
