Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems including preparing documents for attorney review. What you'll do

  • Accurately enter and update data in databases
  • Perform data collection and transcription tasks to support various projects.
  • Execute order entry processes with precision to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with clerical tasks, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Basic qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous office or clerical experience that demonstrates organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures.
  • Ability to type efficiently with a level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
