As a Renewal Sales Executive you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. In this role, you will make an impact by:
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
Adhere to Solventum Mission Roadmap in putting people first, solving what matters, win with excellence, advancing together and living with heart while being a top quartile performer.
Create renewal proposals approximately 180 days before contract end dates and forward them to the Account Manager
- Collaborate with the Account Managers to strategize contract terms and negotiate pricing and add on products, confirming that the current product mix meets the customer's needs and suggesting new product gaps.
- Working with the Sales Account Manager through renewal negotiations and signature process until the renewed contract is receipted.
- Applies expertise in contract terms, national agreements, and pricing policies.
- Regularly reviews and updates the Master Out of Term report to track renewal status and contract updates to provide billing direction while meeting deadlines.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and (4) four years' sales experience in healthcare or a related industry, in private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND (8) eight years' sales experience in healthcare or a related industry, in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and assist in contract negotiations.
- Strong presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in relevant computer applications including Excel with ability to create and utilize formulas, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Client-focused, professional, and known for integrity.
- Energetic, results-driven self-starter with a disciplined work ethic.
- Resilient in the face of challenges and proactive in resolving conflicts.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Strong critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Consistent communication in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing – demonstrating a strong command of grammar and language.

- Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines for timely completion of contract renewals.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in seeking out information and solutions.
- Utilize available tools, documentation and team expertise to resolve questions and ensure accurate, timely responses.
- Ability to meet deadlines and strong ability in prioritization.
- Experience in Salesforce helpful.

Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
