About Us
At Neaman Wellness & Primary Care, we are more than just a clinic — we are a partner in long-term health, wellness, and patient confidence. Our practice blends the best of primary care and wellness medicine under one roof. From proactive primary care services to advanced therapies like hormone optimization, peptide therapy, shockwave therapy, weight management, and functional injectables, we focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who wants to practice in a broad and rewarding scope — serving patients with primary care needs and guiding them through wellness therapies.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role emphasizes Direct Primary Care (DPC) along with wellness. You'll manage ongoing patient relationships, provide comprehensive health services, and deliver wellness treatments in a supportive, team-based environment.
Your work will include:

- Wellness Medicine: Guiding patients through personalized programs including weight management, hormone therapy, peptides, IV therapy, functional injectables and shockwave treatments.
This role is ideal for an NP who thrives in variety, enjoys collaborative practice, and wants to practice at the intersection of medicine and prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary care consultations, preventive exams, and ongoing management of chronic and acute conditions in a DPC model.
- Provide wellness services including hormone therapy, weight management, peptides, IV therapy, and shockwave therapy.
- Perform functional injectable treatments (headaches, muscle spasms, etc) with a focus on safety, patient education, and functional improvement.
- Review patient medical histories, perform assessments, order/interpret labs and diagnostics, and create treatment plans.
- Educate patients on overall health optimization, lifestyle, and aftercare.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and MAs to ensure seamless patient care.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Oregon (or ability to obtain).
- Board certified in Family or Adult Primary Care.
- Experience or strong interest in primary care and wellness medicine. (Training available for the right candidate.)
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient care skills.
