Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) at AIYANA Aesthetics + Wellness is an integral member of our clinical team, providing expert, compassionate care across both aesthetic and wellness services.
This role combines clinical excellence with patient education, practice growth, and the pursuit of measurable results. You'll guide patients through transformative journeys involving:
Hormone optimization (BHRT)
Medical weight loss programs (including GLP-1 therapies)
Aesthetic injectables (neuromodulators, fillers, Sculptra)
Skin rejuvenation treatments (microneedling, PRP, and more)

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence
Conduct thorough consultations for BHRT, weight loss, and aesthetic treatments.
Develop and manage personalized treatment plans with evidence-based protocols.
Perform aesthetic and wellness procedures according to AIYANA's clinical standards.
Monitor and document patient outcomes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with all safety and medical regulations.
Patient Experience & Education
Educate patients on treatments, expectations, and long-term results.
Provide empathetic, ongoing follow-up and care.
Foster trust and confidence through every touchpoint, reflecting AIYANA's value of belonging.
Support patient goals with product and supplement recommendations that complement medical care.
Business & Growth Contribution
Meet or exceed your defined ROI and patient growth benchmarks.
Contribute to patient retention, referrals, and service excellence.
Support continuous improvement in systems, protocols, and training.

Minimum Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Oregon Nurse Practitioner License (FNP or equivalent)
Board Certified and in good standing
1+ year of experience in aesthetics, BHRT, or wellness medicine preferred
Excellent communication, listening, and relational skills
Passion for patient empowerment and long-term care relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in injectable treatments (neuromodulators, fillers)
Experience in BHRT, GLP-1 therapies, or functional medicine
Proven success in patient satisfaction, retention, and clinical outcomes
Comfort working within a growth-driven, results-focused practice
Compensation & Growth
AIYANA offers competitive pay and a structured growth path through our proprietary NP Growth Chart, designed to reward clinical excellence and ROI performance.
Typical Pay Range (Salem, OR):
- NP1 – NP5: $50–$115/hr (equivalent salary range $105,000–$215,000+)
