The Role

We're looking for an
Accounts Manager / Project Manager
to serve as the operational right hand to our CEO—helping oversee the agency's day-to-day client work, social media team, and creative output. This is a
contract position (25+ hours per week)
with the
potential to transition into a full-time salaried role
for the right candidate. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring campaigns are organized, deadlines are met, and the team stays aligned across multiple brand accounts.


What You'll Do

  • Act as a direct support to the CEO in managing daily operations and client deliverables
  • Oversee a team of Social Media Managers and designers as they execute campaigns across 10+ lifestyle and beverage brands
  • Ensure timelines, approvals, and content calendars are moving smoothly across all accounts
  • Track deliverables and monitor project statuses
  • Review and provide feedback on creative content, captions, reports, and decks before client delivery
  • Support with reporting, analytics summaries, and quarterly recap decks
  • Maintain team organization within Asana, Cloud Campaign, and shared folders, helping streamline systems and processes
  • Jump in on internal creative brainstorms and content planning sessions when needed


Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project or account management, ideally within a marketing or social media agency
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills—you keep things moving and people accountable
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Familiarity with Canva, Asana, and Google Workspace (
    BONUS:
    experience with Adobe Suite and Cloud Campaign)
  • Excellent written communication and a keen eye for creative quality
