Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage multiple technical initiatives within the Infrastructure, Network, and Security domains. This role involves overseeing projects related to lifecycle management, patching, certifications, and infrastructure automation (Terraform IaC). The Project Manager will ensure projects are executed efficiently, aligned with organizational goals, and delivered within scope, budget, and timelines while fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience managing multiple IT and business projects.
  • Associate degree counts as 2 years; bachelor's or higher counts as 4 years.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong proficiency in
    Waterfall
    and
    Agile
    methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • MS Project
    (2+ years)
  • Azure DevOps
    (1+ year)
  • Jira
    (1+ year)

  • GitHub
    (1+ year)

  • Certifications:

  • PMP
    or
    PgMP
  • CSM
    or
    SAFe

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead project teams, mentor junior project managers, and ensure alignment with PMO best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to project sponsors.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Drive organizational change management and ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Support process improvement and continuous enhancement of project management methodologies.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
