Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end OIA implementations, with a focus on building complex custodial accounting solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in OIA rules and rating design, along with strong understanding of integration with downstream Oracle subledger applications. This role is predominantly remote, with occasional co-location at an office or client site. Candidates in the Central Time Zone are preferred, as the client team is based in Dallas, TX. If travel is required, all expenses will be covered.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA); Oracle Process Automation (OPA) experience preferred.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end OIA implementations, ideally within finance or accounting domains.
  • Strong understanding of OIA architecture, rules modeling, and integrations with Oracle subledgers.
  • Experience working in custodial accounting or financial services environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute full-cycle Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) implementations.
  • Design and configure OIA rules, rating engines, and decision models to support custodial accounting use cases.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align OIA solutions with functional requirements and downstream Oracle systems.
  • Oversee integrations with Oracle subledgers and ensure data integrity across applications.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Oracle Process Automation (OPA) and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing OIA implementations to improve performance and scalability.
