EZ Pools is looking for diligent, hard-working employees to work at a warehouse West Berlin, NJ. With our growing e-commerce business for various pool chemicals and pool equipment, we're looking for packaging experts.

EZ Pools will provide a warehouse management system, to ensure 100% accuracy in picking, stocking, and shipping items to our customers.

Pay: Starting at $20/hr.,

Bonus: If all employees achieve perfection in sending the orders on time, and the right items hourly wages will be increased.

Duties:

  • Supervise warehouse staff and provide direction on daily tasks
  • Assist with packing, shipping, and order fulfillment as needed
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Communicate with management regarding staffing or operational needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual

Skills:

- Pallet jack operation

- Loading and unloading

- Stocking shelves

- Warehouse management systems

- Materials handling
