Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient management of materials and inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and process improvement. Additionally, this person will be responsible for leading our installation team - installing rack, repairing and maintaining warehouse equipment, and light welding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Take charge of inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies including physical inventory and receiving.
  • Leading installation/repair and maintenance teams. This including rack installation, warehouse machinery maintenance, and field welding/fabrication.
  • Schedule and coordinate transportation from vendors and to clients locations efficiently.
  • Procure warehouse supplies as needed while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of warehouse and fabrication personnel, providing training and scheduling to optimize performance.

Experience

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a focus on materials management and inventory control.
  • Mechanical and welding experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising warehouse staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements effectively.
  • Strong experience in inventory management.
  • Drivers license required.
  • Drug test and background check required.

Pay: $50, $60,961.02 per year
