Contract SpecialistJoin Millennium Print Group as a Contract Specialist
Millennium Print Group is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Legal Department. This role offers the opportunity to manage commercial contracts, service agreements, and supply chain agreements while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + full benefits package
What You'll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including supply agreements, equipment purchases, service contracts, and SaaS agreements.
Maintain contract records and documentation using contract lifecycle management systems.
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to clarify terms and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
Support contract renewals, extensions, and close-out activities.
Develop and maintain contract playbooks, SOPs, and templates to standardize processes.
Train internal stakeholders on contracting best practices and tools.
Conduct legal and business research to support process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, legal studies, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
