EPSI Worx is
seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. This is an
excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the
staffing and recruitment industry. As an EPSI Worx Recruiter, you will receive
comprehensive training and gain valuable experience in sourcing, screening, and
matching candidates to job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various recruitment sources, including
job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.

·       
Conduct initial candidate screenings and
assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for positions.

Candidate Engagement:

·       
Contact and communicate with candidates to
explain job opportunities, gather information, and schedule interviews.

·       
Build and maintain positive relationships with
candidates through professional and courteous interactions.

Administrative Support:

·       
Assist senior recruiters with administrative
tasks such as data entry, document management, and job posting.

·       
Maintain accurate candidate records in the
company's database.

Learning and Development:

·       
Participate in training programs to develop
recruitment skills and industry knowledge.

·       
Stay updated on recruiting best practices and
industry trends.

Team Collaboration:

·       
Collaborate with senior recruiters and team
members to support recruitment efforts.

·       
Assist with scheduling candidate interviews and
coordinating logistics.

Compliance and Documentation:

·       
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment
laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

·       
Maintain confidentiality and handle candidate
information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
    or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Prior Recruitment or Staffing experience is a plus
    but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused
    attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and develop recruiting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management
    abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple
    tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as
    part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel,
    Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
