Join Inriver's Client Solutions Team – Where Expertise Meets Impact
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world success? At Inriver, our Client Solutions team plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers and partners unlock the full potential of our platform.
We're not your typical professional services organization. Our team offers the widest range of enterprise stack expertise across the Inriver ecosystem, supporting customers, partners, and internal teams alike. From delivering tailored professional services packages to conducting Partner Quality Assurance and retrospective reviews of legacy implementations, we bring clarity, confidence, and consistency to every engagement.
But our impact goes beyond delivery. We invest deeply in partner enablement, equipping new partners with the knowledge and tools to implement Inriver successfully. We collaborate closely with our go-to-market, customer success, and product teams—providing both technical insight and practical guidance to drive customer outcomes.
Ultimately, we're a strategic solution team, ensuring that the powerful features of Inriver translate into measurable success for our customer
About the Role:
As a Business Solution Architect at Inriver, you will play a pivotal strategic role in shaping
and delivering high-impact PIM solutions that drive business transformation across
ecommerce and omnichannel ecosystems for our clients. You will lead the design of
scalable, future-proof solution architectures, encompassing data models, business
process design, extensions, integrations, and governance frameworks, that align with
both client objectives and Inriver's platform capabilities.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, translating complex business requirements into actionable solution blueprints, while championing best practices in product data management, syndication, and enrichment. Your expertise will guide organisations in unlocking the full value of their product information, ensuring operational excellence and faster time-to-market.
Leveraging emerging technologies including AI and machine learning, you will drive
innovation by designing intelligent tools and automation frameworks that enhance data
quality, accelerate delivery, and enable personalized customer experiences.
You will provide thought leadership on how AI can be embedded into PIM strategies —
from classification and enrichment to predictive analytics and dynamic content generation.
Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams, you will support
pre-sales engagements, contribute to strategic account planning, and ensure successful
onboarding and solution assurance for clients.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their product data challenges and
business goals.
- Guide implementation teams, Inriver or partner led to ensure architectural
integrity and quality assurance according to PIM standards and best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and security standards.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Translate business needs into solution features and workflows.
- Support the development of training packages for internal, client and partner
stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise to Product management and Support teams
within inriver
- Create innovative solutions that drive implementation quality at scale, speed
implementation and time to value, and reduce client TCO over the license
term
- Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis of legacy Inriver installations,
providing tangible proposals for adoption by clients, their SI Partners or an
Inriver implementation team.
Who You Are:
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
- Proficient in public speaking and delivering training packages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Deep understanding of PIM platform capabilities and configuration.
- Deep understanding of product data structures, taxonomy, and digital
commerce workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS architecture principles.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data enrichment, tagging, and
recommendation engines.
- Proficiency in modeling tools and data mapping.
- Proficiency in coding languages including C#, JAVA, PHP, Python or similar
would be an advantage but not necessary
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
Business.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, ideally within SaaS and PIM
ecosystems.
What You'll Be Part Of:
- A team that blends technical depth with business acumen
- A culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- A mission to elevate partner and customer success through expertise and enablement
What We Offer:
A dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment. The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually.
