Must Have Skills: • Qualified candidates will have experience performing E2E business analysis within a dev environment. This means excellent communication skills, ability to document requirements and Acceptance Criteria, ability to work with dev to ensure they are meeting criteria, and "owning" code from dev --> production. • As part of the Agent OS's Ordering Dev Enablement team, Sr. Business Analyst will represent Digital when gathering requirements from CustomerOps.   • Business Analyst will be experienced in fleshing out requirements, breaking requirements down into User Stories / Use Cases, and establishing Acceptance Criteria. • There's a gap in communication between the two business units and it sometimes takes development longer to accomplish what should be done in 2 weeks. • We're looking for an individual with core BA skills in an app dev environment and the goal is to train the individual to be the SME of the platform and 1st line of defense when code isn't performing as expected. Day-to-Day: • New hires will have time to come up to speed but the ability to account for independencies downstream or across peer dev teams is what we're seeking. • Requirements management within Jira. • Triage defects and perform ad-hoc testing across dev --> production environments. • Use Splunk to analyze logs and perform root cause analysis. • Use Postman to test a Web Service / API.
