Indianapolis, Indiana, United States Stitch Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

At Stitch, we're building something extraordinary. As a fast-growing team of passionate marketing technologists, architects, and strategists, we bring together our diverse backgrounds and experiences to work towards one common goal: make marketers' lives easier with Braze.

Customer engagement is becoming increasingly complex, but with the right technology, processes, and strategies in place, marketers can achieve great things. We're motivated to be drivers of what the future of martech looks like by building solutions that work.

We're all in on Braze as the leading customer engagement platform and the cornerstone of the modern martech stack. As an Orbit-level certified Braze partner (the highest level of partnership), we work alongside marketers from some of the world's most beloved brands to stitch together innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies that make marketing magic happen in Braze.

About This Role
As a Marketing Data Analyst at Stitch, you'll help some of the world's most beloved brands turn customer data into smarter marketing. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and strategy. You'll shape the way we measure success, uncover insights, and tell the story of campaign performance through clear, data-driven presentations that help clients understand their business impact.

You'll partner closely with Marketing Strategists, Solution Architects, and other consultants at Stitch to design measurement frameworks, analyze campaign impact, and translate results into actionable next steps. You'll also deepen your platform fluency, learning to analyze data in tools like Power BI, Braze, CDPs, data warehouses, and loyalty platforms to ensure data informs every decision.

What You'll Do

  • Lead performance measurement strategy for key accounts, aligning success metrics with business goals
  • Build and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards that make campaign performance and customer behavior easy to understand
  • Collaborate with Marketing Strategists to co-develop testing plans, analyze results, and guide optimization
  • Own and evolve measurement models including incrementality, ROI, lift analysis, and attribution
  • Pull and interpret analytics directly from Braze, CDPs, data warehouses, and loyalty platforms to drive sharper insights
  • Surface trends and segment-specific behaviors that inform next-best actions
  • Help clients connect the dots between customer data and campaign decisions—bridging analytics and storytelling
  • Elevate the team's performance mindset by mentoring others and embedding analytics into strategic planning
  • Effectively manage your time to achieve quarterly billable hour targets
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in Braze and its tech ecosystem by earning and maintaining certifications (minimum two, including Braze Marketer)
  • Occasionally travel, up to 20%, to participate in strategic client discussions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What Does Success Look Like In This Role?

This means that you are confident meeting with our clients and bringing a strong point of view to them around best practices and creative solutions. You approach your clients' needs with curiosity and ask questions to develop a deeper understanding of how Stitch can best serve them
  • Clients view you as a strategic partner who brings data-driven clarity to complex decisions
  • You consistently meet deadlines. We know, we know, this seems obvious But it's important. We are a professional services business, so our success depends on the satisfaction of our clients. Meeting deadlines gives the Stitchers you're collaborating with enough time to complete the tasks that are dependent on your work and ensures that our clients are successful
  • Your dashboards and reports are not only accurate, but genuinely useful and used
