We are seeking a detail-oriented
Help Desk/Data Quality Analyst
to support the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of healthcare data. The ideal candidate will have strong
T-SQL
skills and experience managing large datasets, troubleshooting data quality issues, and developing automated validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    data quality assessments
    : de-duplication, validation, and standardization of healthcare records.
  • Write and optimize
    T-SQL queries
    to clean, analyze, and transform large datasets.
  • Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve data submission errors.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track compliance and system accuracy.
  • Support
    HL7 and data exchange standards
    , validating message integrity and field mapping.
  • Investigate anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Document methodologies, data quality rules, and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and insights for leadership on trends, patterns, and predictions.

Required Skills
