Naval Project Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Support defense acquisition and sustainment commands with life cycle logistics planning and execution. Apply advanced consulting or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with program and project management in both military and civilian industry functions

  • 6+ years of experience with growing cross-functional teams and developing personnel

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales or Business Development

  • Experience in a client facing or customer service leadership role

  • Master's degree

  • PMP Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
