We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team at our new Dawson, GA location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while analyzing clients' insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in an outside sales environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as we aim to serve a diverse clientele.

The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, dependable, and always remain teachable. Previous insurance licensing/ knowledge is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person for our Agency. If you are not already licensed, you must be willing to obtain said license in the very near future.

Duties

  • Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Conduct sales administration tasks, including managing client accounts and documentation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Engage in retail sales activities to promote insurance products effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Conduct office procedures respectfully with regard to our customer, companies, and staff.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Assist with phone and in person policy payments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Background in customer service or retail sales is a plus
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our reach within the community.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is an asset for maintaining client confidentiality.

Base Pay: From $10.00 per hour
