What You'll Be Doing
Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive. We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees. The future shows much promise and plenty of room for growth as our company continues to succeed year after year.

  • Assisting customers with placing new orders over the phone
  • Consulting customers on options, recommending products
  • Use of Order Entry, Corel, Microsoft Suite
  • Responding/sending professional emails
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years in Customer Service
  • Strong and quick verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and proficient in new computer programs.
  • 1+ year in a Call Center

Shift and Training hours:
9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday
