This position is not available for remote work.Dates/Terms:Summer Internship: May 26, August 14, 2026 (End dates may be adjusted to coincide with school terms).Housing/Relocation:Housing is provided for students whose summer residence is more than 75 miles from the site.Relocation is not provided for this internship.What you will do:Assist the site with various duties, including:Mine land reclamation designs.Volume calculations for reclamation designs.Layout drone flights and fly drones for the reclamation projectsAssist with permit applications.Assist with water management.What you will bring:Currently enrolled and in a Environmental and Conservation Science, Mine Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent related program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Must be able to work at outdoors, and around potentially water hazards.Must be able to hear and understand audible alarms, and portable radio communications.Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in Autocad or Carlson Software is a plusReady to make an impact with us?
