Position Summary

As a Loan Specialist, you will communicate directly with consumers and their attorneys to explain the benefits of vehicle redemption under 11 U.S.C. § 722. You'll also help clients explore refinancing and replacement vehicle options. This role combines sales and customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with attorneys to generate client leads
  • Develop trust and rapport with consumers to convert leads into successful deals
  • Contact potential clients by phone to explain the benefits of redemption or replacement auto loans
  • Follow the 722 sales process and perform detailed needs analyses
  • Follow up with customers to generate leads and close sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Record all activities and results in Salesforce
  • Assist clients with paperwork and onboarding
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

  • 0–3+ years of sales or customer service experience (automotive finance a plus)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business tools

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $32,000 – $40,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Commissions: Monthly performance-based incentives which should double the Base Pay
