We're growing — and we're looking for a motivated Home Care Appointment Setter to join our team and connect families with the care they need.

Job Summary

As a Home Care Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and families seeking care. Your role is to qualify leads, schedule consultations, and ensure every inquiry receives a warm, professional, and timely response.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from referrals, inquiries, or marketing campaigns.

Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and messages about our services.

Qualify leads based on care needs, location, and readiness for service.

Schedule in-home consultations or assessments for our care coordinators.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and track follow-ups.

Communicate with the intake and care coordination teams to confirm appointments.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for appointments set.

Provide outstanding customer service and represent our company with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

3+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong computer skills; experience using CRMs or scheduling software.

Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong attention to detail.

Prior experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a plus.

Compensation

Pay: $22 per hour +Uncapped Commission + bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Friday (daytime).
