Job Summary

As an MCA ISO Representative, you will be the vibrant face of our retail environment, engaging with customers and ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your role will involve supervising team members, conducting product demonstrations, and enhancing the shopping experience through effective merchandising and upselling strategies. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while managing stock levels and ensuring smooth operations at the point of sale.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits to boost customer interest.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement merchandising strategies that attract customers and enhance product visibility on the sales floor.
  • Manage stocking processes to ensure shelves are well-organized and fully stocked at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols to ensure security.
  • Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options that enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on retail sales techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures.

Experience

  • Proven experience in retail sales, with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Supervisory experience is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing you to connect with a diverse customer base.
  • Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions is essential.
  • Strong communication skills that foster positive interactions with customers and team members alike.
  • Experience in grocery store environments is advantageous, as it helps you understand our unique customer needs.
  • Knowledge of retail math concepts to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.
