JOB DUTIES:

Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.Clean, wax, polish and refurbish customer, pre-owned, fleet, and new vehicles.Use necessary equipment for cleaning and servicing of vehicles.Maintain the proper function of all service tools and equipment.Observe all Dealership procedures pertinent to preventing and minimizing damage to vehicles.Observe all health and safety procedures, particularly with regard to handling and storing hazardous substances.Complete forms accurately.Identify and support opportunities for methods/process improvement.Coordinate work with team members and management.Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervising manager.Do not damage any vehicles in any way.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: While no experience is necessary, an ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and have a positive, can-do attitude. Other requirements include:

18 years of age or older.General familiarity with a variety of automobiles.Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years and clean driving record.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Pre-employment background check and drug test.Must be willing to work as part of a team.Must have basic computer and phone skills.
