A strategic executive role overseeing advanced analytics for network and field operations. The
VP of Field & Network Analytics
leads the development and execution of data-driven strategies that improve network performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience through AI, machine learning, and predictive insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive analytics vision to optimize network reliability and resource utilization.
  • Leverage AI, ML, and data visualization to drive predictive maintenance, field work allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing analytics teams across multiple business units.
  • Partner with leadership in Field Operations, Network Engineering, and Logistics to embed insights into strategic decisions.
  • Continuously refine KPIs, dashboards, and processes to improve operational excellence.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in network operations or data analytics leadership.
  • Expertise in big data, AI, ML, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills with executive-level influence.
  • Proven success driving transformation through data-led decision-making.
