• Licensed Texas driver for daily use of our fully equipped, state-of-the-art Sparkle van (Job Pod).

Key Responsibilities

· Handle our advanced, lightweight water-fed poles to clean windows up to 5 stories from the ground. It's about getting those high spots clean without needing a ladder.

· Using eco-friendly solutions and meticulous cleaning methods to achieve perfect, streak-free windows.

· Take on more than just windows by cleaning gutters, using pressure washers and soft washing, ensuring our clients' exteriors sparkle.

· Help our business grow by talking to people in the area, handing out door hangers, and letting customers know about the various services we offer.

· Work well with other technicians and helping each other to make sure every job is done right and every exterior shines. It's all about teamwork and making sure our customers are super happy with our work

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products, tools, and techniques is beneficial.
• Experience with a water fed pole, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team is a must.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation

· Salary: $15 - $20 per hour

· Additional Pay: Tips, Sales bonuses, possible commissions and much more.
