Job Summary
The Procurement Coordinator provides essential support to the Indirect Procurement team by analyzing data, assisting with the travel program, and helping internal stakeholders align with established procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support supplier performance evaluations and maintain vendor scorecards.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activity, supplier performance, and cost savings achieved.
  • Manage the company travel platform (Navan) and related policies.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in procurement/supply chain.

ills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa, Ariba) a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with indirect procurement categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, professional services, travel).

Working Conditions

  • Office-based, role working out of Garland, TX.
  • Standard business hours; M-F.
