We are a boutique law firm located in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles, CA. We are professional, fast-paced, and our goal is to provide the best-quality legal representation we can. We are seeking an attorney who enjoys their job and wants to gain valuable experience working on high-stakes litigation. Applicants must be excellent writers and researchers, have strong and collaborative interpersonal skills, and be capable of working under deadlines.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial, with the support of a strong staff.
  • Deposition experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent research and writing skills required.
  • Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel.
  • Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.

Your Skills/Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience
     in employment litigation and/or other civil litigation.
  • Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Experience with employment disputes, including wrongful terminations, FEHA claims, and labor code violations.

Job Type: Full-time and In Person

Pay: $135, $175,000.00 per year based on experience.
