Responsibilities

As a Counterintelligence Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for the research, analysis, and creation of in-depth and complex intelligence reports based on customer needs.  You will work closely with Mission Centers to provide mission critical CI analysis so leadership can make informed and impactful decisions. 



Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (applicants within one year of earning a four year degree will be considered); there is no preferred major or program of study (degrees from foreign academic institutions are accepted.Personal integrityStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Action- and results-orientedAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies

Perform analysis and research focused on defensive posturing, vulnerability detection, national security requirements, anomalous activities, and foreign influence.Prepare assessments of current threats and trends based on the research and analysis of intelligence data.Provide in-depth analytical forecasts and briefings to senior government leadership.Maintain a strong knowledge of adversaries' intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and special intelligence.Understanding of offensive and defensive counterintelligence methods and implement countermeasures as necessary.Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment.Experience in intelligence operations, analysis, support to field operations desired.Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices desired.

Clearance Required

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.Must possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope polygraph.This position has an on-site requirement and is not eligible for fully remote candidates.
