Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role where you'll manage crews, coordinate with clients and insurance adjusters, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of restoration and reconstruction projects (water, fire, storm, and mold).
  • Oversee job progress from initial inspection to final walk-through.
  • Coordinate schedules for field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Communicate daily with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters.
  • Ensure jobs stay on track with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Document job progress, scope changes, and approvals in CRM software.
  • Inspect job sites regularly to ensure safety compliance and workmanship standards.
  • Assist with estimating, change orders, and material procurement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction, restoration, or project management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate crews and subcontractors

    -Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with insurance adjusters and TPA programs (preferred)
  • Familiar with estimating software like Xactimate (preferred but not required)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check (felony-free)
  • Physically able to visit job sites and handle occasional hands-on tasks
