About the Role

Lotus Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Lead Roofing Estimator for our client in Ashland, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in roofing to lead the estimating process, prepare accurate proposals, and play a key role in project planning.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments with precision
  • Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely roofing estimates and proposals
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure scope and pricing accuracy
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of estimates and project information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a roofing estimator or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously

Compensation

  • Pay is competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications
