What we are looking for at QPSI?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Display Project Leader to join our team. This is a remote position, however, occasional travel to our Burlington, New Jersey facility and other project sites may be required based on business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within packaging, supply chain, or consumer goods environments and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple, complex display projects from concept through execution.

This individual will lead the onboarding of all new display projects to ensure on-spec, on-cost, and on-time completion while driving collaboration across design, procurement, planning, and production functions. The Display Project Leader serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams—facilitating clear communication, accurate project tracking, and seamless coordination to achieve successful outcomes.

What our Display Project Leader will be accountable for at QPSI?

  • Lead the onboarding, planning, and execution of new and repeat display projects to ensure completion on-spec, on-cost, and on-time.
  • Serve as the central liaison between customers and internal teams—coordinating efforts across design, procurement, planning, and production to deliver flawless execution.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address risks or delays maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear updates, milestones, and deliverables to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Partner with Procurement and internal departments to evaluate costs, allocate resources, and support budget management.
  • Champion process improvements by evaluating project performance and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What Qualified Candidates for the Display Project Leader role must have to be successful at QPSI?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in packaging, consumer packaged goods (CPG), healthcare, or retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, transportation, warehouse and distribution, inventory management, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Lynx, Smartsheet, , Asana, or MS Project and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), a plus.
  • PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
