Senior (7+ years) Change Management Consultant with PROSCI or CCMP Certification
Location:
 Remote (minimal onsite travel to Madison, WI and/or Cedar Rapids, IA)

Duration:
 6+ month contract (extensions possible)

Overview:
Change management consultant to be attached to a variety of both ongoing and upcoming mostly technical IT initiatives but may include a more broad range of projects that encompass construction, process, and cultural projects as well.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of 
    Change Management
     experience
  • Prosci
    and/or
    CCMP
    certification required
  • Clear experience leading complex change initiatives at an enterprise level

Bonus Skills:

  • Any energy and/or utility industry experience

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project/program managers and stakeholders to understand project impacts on staff
  • Focus on individual project changes (e.g., new technology, process updates) affecting employees
  • Support change adoption and reinforcement across assigned projects
  • Lead communication efforts related to project-driven workforce changes
