Stefanini is looking for a Medicare Business Intelligence Analyst for 100% Remote.

Job Summary:

  • Snowflake implementation – full-cycle migration and optimization
  • Alteryx – for developing workflows, batch jobs, and automation
  • Python and VBA – for building interfaces and automation scripts
  • Integration of Snowflake with MS Access, including handling 32-bit vs. 64-bit compatibility issues
  • Data source migration – updating all connections from Oracle to Snowflake
  • Streamlit – for building interactive forms and reports
  • Power BI and Power Query – for dashboard and visualization development

Essential Functions:

  1. Create visual design solutions and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver insights.
  2. Analyzes, designs, codes, configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents and maintains reporting assets.
  3. Utilizes appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and information by making use of basic BI reporting tools.
  4. Works with internal/external team(s) to define necessary information and create solutions based on requirements.
  5. Works with Sr. and Lead Analysts to ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for data accuracy, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  6. Supports processes and quality improvement activities.
  7. Participates in Agile ceremonies determining the nature and scope of project activities and processes to be developed or modified, working across teams to communicate development dependencies to accomplish final solution.
  8. Performs job-related duties in conformance with DS standards. Coaches less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts.
  9. Provides analytics that can turn data into critical information in understanding a systemic business need.

Qualifications:

  1. Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, liberal arts, computer science, application programming, software development, information systems, database administration, mathematics, engineering, or other related field
  2. 2 years of relevant experience Required

  3. Python
  4. Snowflake
